How the use of data and AI across the investment lifecyckle has changed in last 2 years

Harry is a technical founder with a background in VC and extensive experience building AI, data, and automation systems from zero to one. Most recently he was co-founder and CTO of Dex, a voice AI recruitment platform backed by a16z speedrun, Concept Ventures and Notion Capital, where he led product and engineering through to $8.4m raised and $1.8m in annualised revenue, with the core product assessing over 15,000 candidates. Before Dex, Harry led the engineering team at Atomico, where he built the data asset and surrounding applications that brought a data-driven approach to all areas of the firm's investment lifecycle. Following ChatGPT's launch, he led Atomico's early adoption of AI tooling, building a company summariser and memo generator that leveraged the firm's proprietary data and insights to produce bespoke outputs. Since leaving Dex, Harry was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 AI Europe list, and has started partnerships with select venture capital and private equity firms to help them adopt AI in a practical, high-leverage way, combining strategy with hands-on execution and team enablement.
