Overdrive works with VC firms to build data infrastructure and automate systems to improve sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and reporting. Georgiy holds a Master’s in Data Science from UC Berkeley, specializing in Machine Learning Engineering. Previously, he has led the growth of multiple provincial economic data platforms in Canada, launched startups, and managed data strategy for political campaigns.

Natasa is a mathematician with a specialization in statistics, dedicated to systems integration and digitalization. With a proven track record of driving substantial impact through data insights and business intelligence solutions, she is a valuable asset at Angelini Ventures. In her role at Angelini Ventures, Natasa channels her expertise in mathematics and data science into enhancing the team's investment analysis, market research, and portfolio company support initiatives. Her experience as the Data Analytics Lead at Generali Insurance Asset Management equipped her with innovative thinking, notably in integrating NLP platforms and ESG solutions. During her tenure at E&Y and Accenture, Natasa honed her skills in implementing Data Analytics solutions across diverse industries, establishing herself as a reliable expert in the field. She holds a degree in Numerical Mathematics and Optimization from the University of Belgrade and a Master's of second level in Statistics from University “La Sapienza” in Rome.

Harry is a technical founder with a background in VC and extensive experience building AI, data, and automation systems from zero to one. Most recently he was co-founder and CTO of Dex, a voice AI recruitment platform backed by a16z speedrun, Concept Ventures and Notion Capital, where he led product and engineering through to $8.4m raised and $1.8m in annualised revenue, with the core product assessing over 15,000 candidates. Before Dex, Harry led the engineering team at Atomico, where he built the data asset and surrounding applications that brought a data-driven approach to all areas of the firm's investment lifecycle. Following ChatGPT's launch, he led Atomico's early adoption of AI tooling, building a company summariser and memo generator that leveraged the firm's proprietary data and insights to produce bespoke outputs. Since leaving Dex, Harry was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 AI Europe list, and has started partnerships with select venture capital and private equity firms to help them adopt AI in a practical, high-leverage way, combining strategy with hands-on execution and team enablement.

Philipp Spenger is a finance professional with over a decade of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and venture capital. As an early member of the EIB team advising the EIC Fund, he helped shape the strategy of one of Europe’s largest deep-tech investment funds. He now leads the team advancing a data-driven venture capital model, leveraging data, analytics, and AI to scale investment operations and portfolio intelligence. Philipp is passionate about the transformative potential of emerging technologies and their ability to unlock better decisions and outcomes.

Iohan is the CFO and Compliance Officer at Contrarian Ventures, where he leads the firm’s financial strategy and regulatory operations. Since joining in 2022, he has been responsible for scaling the firm’s internal controls, overseeing fund administration, and ensuring the highest standards of transparency across accounting, taxation, and reporting. With over nine years of experience in the Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors, Iohan previously served as an Audit Manager in the Private Equity department at EY Luxembourg. There, he managed a portfolio of global fund managers, specialising in VC audits, valuation modelling (IPEV/IFRS), and complex fund structures. A native of Belgium with a global professional footprint spanning five countries, Iohan holds an MSc in International Business Economics & Management from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s in European Studies from Maastricht University.

Rob is the Chief Financial Officer at Giant Ventures, where he oversees all aspects of fi nancial strategy, investor reporting, operations, and compliance. He began his career at PwC in Banking & Capital Markets Assurance, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before moving into Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting arm, where he worked on commercial due diligence engagements for mid-market private equity firms across technology, retail, consumer, and financial services. He then moved into venture capital, serving as Finance & Operations Lead at Kindred Capital, a UK seed-stage VC, before joining Giant in 2021. Iuliana Prundurel is the first Portfolio Monitoring Officer at the European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund, part of the EIB advisory team, which manages EUR 3.7 billion in assets, making it one of Europe’s most significant deep tech venture capital funds. With extensive experience in venture capital, Iuliana plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of innovative, high-growth investments across Europe. Her hands-on approach in data analytics and strategic portfolio management has contributed to fostering sustainable growth and innovation within the European venture ecosystem. Yun Lin is a Senior Data Analyst at Trinsik and an expert in analytics engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence. While coming from a pure technical data engineering and analysis background rather than traditional venture capital, she specializes in transforming complex data into strategic, executive-ready insights.

Jonathan Liebnau is a private markets specialist at the European Investment Fund (EIF), bringing experience in portfolio valuation and audit across Europe's private equity and venture capital ecosystem. Drawing on this experience, he works at the intersection of investment operations and data management, with a focus on data standardisation, automation, and process optimisation.

Ryan is Head of Portfolio at IQ Capital, where he leads the firm's portfolio strategy and corporate finance function - shaping how IQ Capital supports, scales, and exits its deeptech investments. He works closely with companies across the portfolio on growth, governance, and value creation, while overseeing investment execution and portfolio risk management.

Morten leads operations at Sandwater, ensuring a solid foundation for scaling Sandwater’s portfolio companies. Morten’s background is in finance, first in investment banking and later playing a key role in the restructuring of Norwegian Air Shuttle, navigating financial and operational challenges during a critical period for the company. His experience in high-stakes financial environments has shaped his expertise in capital allocation, governance, and prudent financial management. Morten puts enhanced focus into integrating data-driven methodologies and leveraging data and AI to improve decision-making and identify promising investment opportunities.

Lars Hansen leads Applied AI and data at Atomico, where his role is to embed AI into the investment process and the firm's platform offering to founders. He has spent his career in machine learning and software engineering, including ten years in drug discovery in the pharmaceutical industry and two years at Amazon, where he built and led a team to detect advertising fraud.

Alex leads Dawn’s overall finance function and strategy, including managing its experienced in-house finance team. A member of Dawn’s Investment Committee, she also works closely to support the work of Dawn’s IR and investment teams. Alex joined Dawn from Kindred Capital, where she was among the earliest team members and built up the firm’s finance and operations roles over a six-year tenure. Before Kindred, Alex worked as an Investment Associate at Alta Advisers. She holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, and is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
