About
Modern VC firms now go beyond capital by providing operational support through “platform” teams. This session dives into how VCs help startups with hiring, community-building, bizdev and more. Panelists (e.g. platform directors) will discuss strategies to scale founder support – sharing tactics for recruiting talent, forging corporate partnerships, marketing/comms guidance, and building founder communities that give firms a competitive edge in winning deals and driving portfolio growth.
