Accomplished data professional with deep expertise in data science, strategy, and culture development. Renowned for driving data and AI strategies that foster data- driven transformation, Mustafa Torun was recognized as one of the top 65 global thought leaders in the Data-Driven VC Landscape in 2023. Currently leading the data team at Invest-NL, he is instrumental in steering the organization towards a robust, data-centric culture, empowering impactful decision-making and innovation.

Francesco was the former Director of Data at Greycroft , where he oversaw the firm’s data strategy and builds data-driven engines to source, screen, and assess new deals. Prior to Greycroft, Francesco spent three years at Balderton Capital leading the data and research function, working on end-to-end tools, data, and algorithms for the investment team. Previously, he worked at Anthemis Group as a Fellow, and as a post-doc researcher at Ca’ Foscari University. Francesco holds a PhD in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli.

A two-time founder and former AWS Senior Manager for VC and Innovation, Scott brings deep expertise at the intersection of technology, venture capital, and market expansion. He previously served as VC GTM Lead at Capita Scaling Partners, where he helped drive successful ventures and strategic initiatives. At Quadri Ventures, he leverages this experience to back transformative companies and accelerate their growth.

Marton is an Associate Partner at Flashpoint. He played a key role in bringing Flashpoint’s first institutional investor: the Hungarian sovereign fund Széchenyi Funds. He led investments in Chili Piper, OfficeRnD, iDWELL, Algori, and Dodona Analytics and has participated in dozens of transactions. In addition to his investment role, he serves as the Product Manager, working with Flashpoint’s IT team to develop internal tools such as Multitool (Firmographic Intelligence + Scout Lead Submission tool), pulseAI (Auto Lead Generation tool), and Distro (Bulk Lead Categorization Google Sheets plugin). Marton has been recognized as one of the top 100 Data-Driven VC global thought leaders. He has a background in M&A, sales, equity research, and software development and was a co-founder of the Central European Startup Awards. He studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Corvinus University of Budapest

Iohan is the CFO and Compliance Officer at Contrarian Ventures, where he leads the firm’s financial strategy and regulatory operations. Since joining in 2022, he has been responsible for scaling the firm’s internal controls, overseeing fund administration, and ensuring the highest standards of transparency across accounting, taxation, and reporting. With over nine years of experience in the Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors, Iohan previously served as an Audit Manager in the Private Equity department at EY Luxembourg. There, he managed a €1M+ portfolio of global fund managers, specialising in VC audits, valuation modelling (IPEV/IFRS), and complex fund structures. A native of Belgium with a global professional footprint spanning five countries, Iohan holds an MSc in International Business Economics & Management from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s in European Studies from Maastricht University.
