Keshvi joined Balderton in 2022 to lead the strategy and implementation of all investment team and portfolio value-add related products, focusing on delivering data and insights. Before joining Balderton, Keshvi led the product function for payments at Allica Bank – a challenger bank in the UK focused on established SMEs. This included building and launching to market their first current account. She has worked with organisations to drive data-driven decision-making across EMEA during her time in consulting at Mastercard and Applied Predictive Technologies (now a Mastercard company). She has worked with multinational corporations, large financial institutions, governments and start-ups to demonstrate the value of external and internal datasets, as well as productising their delivery. Keshvi read Mathematics at the University of Oxford, where she specialised in numerical method solutions to real-world problems.

Atte is passionate about using data to redefine the way VC sourcing, benchmarking and portfolio support are done. As VP of Data and Analytics at NGP Capital, Atte leads the development of the firm’s AI-powered deal flow engine “Q”, which enhances the VC’s expertise with data-driven insights. Before joining NGP Capital, Atte served as Lead Data Scientist at Dentsu, where he played a key role in building advanced analytics offerings in the Finnish market. Prior to Dentsu, he led data and analytics initiatives at the telco BSS growth company Qvantel, where he served as team lead and product manager for data and analytics.

Alex started his career leading engineering teams at Accenture Digital on projects from mobile apps for agriculture to research tools for asset managers. As a part of EQT’s Motherbrain team, he worked hand-in-hand with investment teams and portfolio companies on projects across the entire deal lifecycle. At Inflection, Alex leads data analytics, strengthening investment decision making and outcomes through data-driven research, sourcing, and portfolio support. He graduated from Boston University in 2015 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he resides in Stockholm.

Iuliana Prundurel is the first Portfolio Monitoring Officer at the European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund, part of the EIB advisory team, which manages EUR 3.7 billion in assets, making it one of Europe’s most significant deep tech venture capital funds. With extensive experience in venture capital, Iuliana plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of innovative, high-growth investments across Europe. Her hands-on approach in data analytics and strategic portfolio management has contributed to fostering sustainable growth and innovation within the European venture ecosystem. When she's not crunching numbers or nurturing unicorns, she’s mastering the art of navigating rush hour traffic—because she knows that the best ideas often come during those long commutes.

Accomplished data professional with deep expertise in data science, strategy, and culture development. Renowned for driving data and AI strategies that foster data- driven transformation, Mustafa Torun was recognized as one of the top 65 global thought leaders in the Data-Driven VC Landscape in 2023. Currently leading the data team at Invest-NL, he is instrumental in steering the organization towards a robust, data-centric culture, empowering impactful decision-making and innovation.

Yaroslav Krempovych is a Principal at Movens Capital with extensive experience in leveraging data science and engineering to drive value creation in venture capital. With a background in computational sociology and economics and a track record of implementing data-driven decision-making processes across portfolio companies, Yaroslav brings unique insights into optimizing deal flow, enhancing due diligence, and improving portfolio management through innovative data strategies. His expertise spans from hands-on data analysis to advising startups on analytics setup and KPI management, making him well-versed in both the technical and strategic aspects of data science in VC.

Jochen Küst is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. During his seven years at KPMG, he developed a robust track record in data management and executive leadership. He then successfully led the transformation of finance operations at Aquila Capital, showcasing his expertise in driving operational change. Currently, as CFO at Earlybird, Jochen is spearheading a digital-first transformation of the Finance Department, aiming to enhance financial efficiency and fuel future growth.

Mr. Larsen is the Founder & CEO of BlackWood Ventures and sits on the firm's investment committee. He previously worked for BlackRock in London, Geneva, and New York, where he co-led global product strategy for the firm's $10bn M&A hedge fund. Mr. Larsen has an MBA from the University of Oxford, a BSc from Copenhagen Business School, and was selected as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2023 - Finance.

Antoine leads technology and innovation at Newfund, providing technical expertise to investors, operating partners, and founders alike. He leads a team dedicated to developing cutting-edge, data-driven tools to position Newfund as a top-tier VC firm. With an engineering background of more than 10 years, Antoine has extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex technical products with demanding infrastructure. Previously, he developed an AI platform for large-scale automated marketing and served as Lead/CTO in the social and music entertainment industry, where he grew the team and the product. In his free time, Antoine mentors aspiring developers in mastering the Python programming language.

Tommaso leads the Data Insight business unit at P101 Ventures, an Italian early-stage venture capital firm. His focus is on integrating advanced data practices into the fund's decision-making processes and workflows. This strategic initiative aims to improve the fund's competitiveness, operational efficiency, and investment effectiveness in an increasingly complex market. Prior to P101 Ventures, Tommaso worked at BIP Consulting, where he gained valuable experience in driving digital transformation programs for large enterprises. He holds degrees from Politecnico di Milano and IE Business School.
