Max Ruderman is the CEO of Harmonic, the startup discovery engine. Before Harmonic, Max worked in Business Intelligence and Software Engineering at Google. He graduated from Cornell University.

Iva brings extensive international experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Venture Capital to the team. Throughout her extensive career, she has played a key role in high-value transactions, guiding companies through complex financial landscapes and driving growth through strategic investments and partnerships. As a founder and Managing Partner at Binocular, she has invested in numerous early-stage companies and developed a strong network of top-tier global investors and strategic partners. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, both from the University of Vienna. Outside of work, Iva is passionate about music, playing the violin in an orchestra, and enjoys outdoor sports as a former professional tennis player and national skiing and snowboarding team member.

Niklas is passionate about working with innovative minds and visionary concepts. Throughout his career, he has accompanied business angels and startups on their growth and investment journeys. As a sparring partner, Niklas is deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs scale their visions and achieve their full potential. With a wealth of experience and a genuine interest in fostering growth, Niklas is always eager to share his insights and expertise with those looking to make an impact in the world of entrepreneurship.

Sara joined Keen Venture Partners in 2018 as an Operating Partner, having previously served as Head of VCT Finance at Octopus Investments. Prior to that, she spent three years at Albion Capital as Finance Manager, working on listed venture capital trusts and in private equity. Earlier in her career, Sara worked in the M&A finance team at Macquarie Group in Sydney. She began her professional journey by training as a Chartered Accountant at PwC in Dublin, where she specialized in financial services auditing. Sara holds a degree in International Commerce and a Master’s in Accounting from University College Dublin. Outside of work, Sara enjoys traveling, long countryside walks, playing and watching tennis, and exploring new wines.

Terézia Kmecová is a Product Manager at Vestberry, specializing in building systems to track and analyze portfolio company performance through KPIs. With a background in mathematics and management, she has been actively involved in the startup ecosystem throughout her career, gaining deep insights from various angles. Terezia's expertise lies in leveraging data to drive informed decisions, and she is passionate about innovation and growth in the venture capital landscape.

Keshvi joined Balderton in 2022 to lead the strategy and implementation of all investment team and portfolio value-add related products, focusing on delivering data and insights. Before joining Balderton, Keshvi led the product function for payments at Allica Bank – a challenger bank in the UK focused on established SMEs. This included building and launching to market their first current account. She has worked with organisations to drive data-driven decision-making across EMEA during her time in consulting at Mastercard and Applied Predictive Technologies (now a Mastercard company). She has worked with multinational corporations, large financial institutions, governments and start-ups to demonstrate the value of external and internal datasets, as well as productising their delivery. Keshvi read Mathematics at the University of Oxford, where she specialised in numerical method solutions to real-world problems.

Harry is a Senior Software Engineer on Atomico's Intelligence team, joining in 2022. Driven by the potential for data to transform the VC industry and power up portfolio companies, Harry focuses on building a large software stack incorporating unified data, machine learning and the latest in generative AI to drive strategic insights and enhance decision-making processes. Prior to Atomico, Harry developed advanced video analytics solutions at Ava Unified Security (now Avigilon Alta) and advised product & engineering teams in his freelance work. He remains an active startup advisor and coach alongside his work at Atomico. Harry is based in London, and has lived here since studying Computing with Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College.

Marek Zamecnik is the CEO and co-founder of Vestberry, a portfolio intelligence software for Venture Capital firms. Vestberry enhances data infrastructure, automates workflows, facilitates communication with LPs, and provides advanced analytics to optimize portfolio managemnt. Prior to founding Vestberry, Marek gained experience in the investment sector at Nova Founders Capital in Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, he co-founded 0100 Ventures, an investment platform with a portfolio of over 30 companies, including names like Powerful Medical and 4Trans Factoring.
